Founders Day Celebrations 2018

The D&S tradition of Founders Day, which marks the Company's establishment in 1946 by Eddie Davis and Dick Shirtliff, has been celebrated across the Group with a series of family-inclusive staff events and CSR activities with this years' theme being tree planting.

The D&S HO event, with over 300 participants, revisited Karura Forest in Nairobi to plant indigenous trees and enjoy a program of exercises and games. As usual, the Chairman Alec Davis and CEO David Gatende gave addresses and recognized Milestone Service Award winners as well as the Grundfos Fellowship Awards.
