D&S Uganda is the Group's longest established subsidiary having opened doors in 1996 and it has operated from the same Kitgum complex since then. Originally a small space was taken and as the company grew it expanded to occupy most of the compound.

However, as growth continued this space became inadequate and earlier this year the company was very fortunate to obtain the entire JR Complex building on Jinja Road only about 2kms from Kitgum. With three floors of offices it is at present too large for requirements, though the way the business is growing this won't be for long!

Also the compound has extensive storage facilities and a large new warehouse has been taken to accommodate the expanded stockholding. Now prominently branded, D&S Uganda has become a landmark and the new facilities will enable the company to provide a much improved working environment and enhanced customer service. Meanwhile a reduced Kitgum premises has been retained as a showroom to service the long standing customer base. Congratulations MD Ephraim Wainaina and his team on this important initiative!
